They are legally permitted to work in the jurisdictions applied for

Veri-Skilled does not guarantee job placement.
They will not post misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent listings
They will comply with applicable labour and employment laws
Veri-Skilled reserves the right to remove any job listing at its discretion.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
Upload malicious software or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
Fees will be clearly displayed before purchase
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Veri-Skilled reserves the right to change pricing with notice.

Disputes between employers and job seekers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by the user in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Veri-Skilled harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
